Rules

1. 1The topic must be technical/engineering related and appropriate to the event.
2. 2The work must be original or properly referenced. All sources used must be acknowledged. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.
3. 3Presentation time will be strictly limited.
4. 4Both team members must be prepared to answer questions. Judges may ask conceptual questions beyond the presentation.
5. 5Research findings and results must not be deliberately misrepresented.
6. 6Judging: Innovation & relevance (novelty and impact of the topic); depth of research (thoroughness and accuracy); clarity & presentation (structure, visuals, communication); response to Q&A (ability to articulate and defend findings).
